Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. Refunds are available for ready-made items if returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable due to their personalised nature.
If your ready-made product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at jayhickson101@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once the item is returned and inspected.
Shipping Information
We offer shipping Australia-wide only. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
For ready-made products, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Custom-made items may have longer processing times due to their handcrafted nature, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
