• Custom Orders: Due to the personalised nature of custom orders, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Ready-Made Products: Refunds are available for ready-made products within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
